Indoor Arena - 78' x 150' with Whoa Dust Treatment on 4" deep River Sand footing.
Luxurious Stalls - 12' x 12' stalls with 40' outdoor run, Ritchie Waterers and fans.
Unlimited Tested Grass Round Bale Hay - in hay hut with Hay Chic Netting.
Unlimited Redmond Rock - Mineral rock
Round Pen - 48' round pen with 6" deep River Sand footing.
Hot/Cold Wash Bay with community use of products.
Hoof Spa/Bath - No more buckets - treat all 4 hooves at once.
Fly Control - Fly Predators from Spalding Labs is used throughout fly season.
Private Tack Locker - 4' Tall private tack locker with key lock.
Unlimited use of Hot Walker - multiple speeds on soft lime sand.
Cleaning Protocol - stalls and runs are cleaned every day.
